For its 150th anniversary, the family commissioned a book. Rather than a straight company history, it became a cookbook that weaves Zurich’s food history together with the story of the house of Schwarzenbach. Nine Zurich chefs and a chocolatier present recipes built on traditional ingredients from the Schwarzenbach range.
