Public History Food is Dominik Flammer’s agency. It specialises in food history, conceives projects around the subject, and researches and develops content for books, films, lectures and seminars. At the heart of all its work is its support for innovative producers and farmers and for creative chefs and restaurateurs. It also creates added value in tourism for regions that want to engage with the diversity of their own culinary heritage.
Public History Research develops and delivers projects with a historical dimension across business, industry, tourism and culture, all grounded in its own research. The agency creates content and visual concepts for publications, films, exhibitions and spaces, then sees them through with established partners. Monica Rottmeyer owns and runs Public History Research.
