Public History Food is Dominik Flammer’s agency, specialising in food history, the conception of projects on this topic, the development and research of content for books, films or lectures and seminars. The promotion of innovative producers and farmers as well as creative chefs and restaurateurs is at the centre of all our work. This also includes the development of added tourism value for regions that want to explore the diversity of their own cuisine.
Public History Research, led by Monica Rottmeyer, focuses on the history of companies. The agency designs media content for books and films and specialises in visual history. We present history in an attractive way that appeals to an interested and broad audience.
Dominik Flammer and Monica Rottmeyer have received several national and international awards for their joint books and film projects.
