Produced for Swisscom, the main sponsor of the Swiss Ski Association, this corporate film celebrates the rich legacy of Swiss skiing from its early days in the 1930s to the present day.
Commissioned to shape the historical narrative, Monica Rottmeyer conducted in-depth research into the history of skiing in Switzerland, tracing the milestones, athletes, and moments that defined the nation’s alpine identity. She curated and sourced archival film material from national and international archives and museums, carefully selecting footage that brought the country’s history of the sport to life.
The engaging film honours Switzerland’s relationship with the beloved sport and celebrates Swisscom’s deep connection to the country’s sporting culture.
