The German Gastronomic Academy awarded the Goldene Feder to \u2018Schweizer K\u00e4se \u2013 Urspr\u00fcnge, Traditionen und neue Kreationen\u2019 (AT Verlag) by Dominik Flammer (author), Monica Rottmeyer (historical image research) and Fabian Scheffold (photographs). The prize is given only every three to four years, for outstanding books of gastronomic literature, and this was its first return to Switzerland since 1986.
